Vegan Instant Pot No Knead Hawaiian Rolls

Published: June 10, 2018 | Last updated: February 13, 2019 25 Comments

Closeup of a pan of Vegan Instant Pot No Knead Hawaiian Rolls with a few rolls still stuck together and a few broken apart and the inside texture visible

Vegan Instant Pot No Knead Hawaiian Rolls are a perfect addition to your bread basket. Slightly sweetened with pineapple juice and made with coconut milk, they are soft, yet sturdy and perfect for sandwiches. These Hawaiian Rolls require no kneading and they rise in your electric pressure cooker.

I love the contrast of sweet rolls and salty cheese so that’s been my breakfast over the past few weeks. Then my mom brought me her homemade black currant jam and I couldn’t stop eating it slathered over rolls.

Watch the video to see how beautiful the texture of these rolls is.
