Instructions
Make lemon-mint sugar
Finely chop mint leaves. Zest half a lemon.
In a shallow dish, mix together the granulated sugar, chopped mint, and lemon zest.
Make Lemon Affogato Coffee
Rub a small lemon wedge over the rim of a glass to wet it.
Place the glass upside down into the lemon-mint sugar and twist a few times so that the sugar sticks to the rim of the glass.
Make a cup of hot Nespresso coffee into the prepared glass.
Add 1 or 2 scoops of Lemon Ice Cream to the coffee cup.
Garnish with a few mint leaves and a slice of lemon.

Note that most of the lemon-mint sugar will not actually be used but you need to make more so that the rim of the glass is easily covered with it.Add the leftover lemon-mint sugar to coffee or tea.
