Add the small potatoes to the Instant Pot along with a half cup of water.
Add the drained sauerkraut, sliced onion, and seasonings to an insert, mix. Place the insert right on top of the potatoes.
Arrange the sausages on top of the sauerkraut in an insert.
Place a bundle of foil-wrapped green beans on top.
Close and lock the lid.
Turn the vent on the lid to the sealing position.
Press Manual or Pressure Cooker button (depending on your model) and using the arrow buttons set the cook time to 4 minutes. Depending on your Instant Pot model, it could take up to 15 minutes to come to pressure.
Once the Instant Pot beeps that the 4 minutes of cooking are done, do a quick release. This will take about 4-5 minutes.
