Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese, chopped dill, and juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
Slice the tomatoes into 5-6 rounds each.
Spread each slice of tomato with the goat cheese and dill mixture.
Garnish with extra chopped dill and freshly cracked black pepper.
