Place the filled egg bites mould onto the trivet inside Instant Pot. Cover the moulds with foil.
Close and lock the lid.
Turn the vent on the lid to the sealing position.
Press Manual or Pressure Cooker button (depending on your model) and using the arrow buttons set the cook time to 10 minutes. Depending on your Instant Pot model, it'll take around 5-7 minutes to come to pressure.
Once the Instant Pot beeps that the 10 minutes of cooking are done, do a natural pressure release for 10 minutes. This means that you do nothing for 10 minutes and just leave Instant Pot to slowly release pressure on its own.
After 10 minutes of natural release, do a quick release. This will take about 1-2 minutes.
Carefully remove the egg bites mould out of Instant Pot and let cool. This will help the Greek Salad Egg Bites keep shape. Once cooled, run a knife around the edge of each egg bite and Invert over a plate. Enjoy!
Oven Cooking instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the Feta and Olives Egg Bites are no longer jiggly in the centre.
